Can I get a sample before mass production? do I need to cover the shipping cost for the sample?

Yes, you can get a sample for quality verification. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the goods. We can deliver the samples via DHL/FedEx or the courier company you specify. Before sending the samples, we will determine the exact shipping fee based on your location.

How do you pack finished products to avoid damage during shipping? Can I add custom packaging?

Standard packaging uses heavy-duty corrugated boxes + shrink wrap for protection, with corner guards for fragile items. We also offer custom branded packaging (boxes, labels, pallets) at an additional cost, and palletized shipping for bulk orders to reduce transit damage risk.
